Told me he had a trade plus cash for my laptop, but he needed to wait a couple days. A week later he said he would not be able to go through with the trade, causing a major inconvenience. Don't try and make trades/deals with money/products that you don't have yet people. I'm leaving the review at neutral because I understand that this isn't how he usually is, and he didn't technically scam me.
